Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kottos AI, Inc. ("we", "us") about your use of Chat Brawlers. By signing in you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
The service
Chat Brawlers puts several AI models in a debate on a question you ask and shows how they vote. The models are run by third parties, so we do not control what they say.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and sign in with a Google account that is yours. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Credit and payment
- New accounts get a starting credit. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
- Debates are paid from your credit and charged by the tokens they use.
- Some models are available only after you have added credit with a card.
- You can add credit through Stripe. Unused credit is refundable on request to support@kottos.ai within 30 days of purchase. Credit already spent on debates is not refunded.
- If your balance runs out, a debate stops until you add credit.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or ask for content that does.
- Try to get around limits, create accounts to collect starting credit, or attack, probe or overload the service.
- Use the service to harass or harm others, or to send other people's personal information you have no right to share.
- Resell access or build a competing service from our outputs at scale.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close it for another reason, we will refund unused credit.
Your content and the answers
You own what you type and, as between you and us, the answers you receive. You allow us to process them only to run the service for you.
Models can be wrong, out of date or biased. Do not rely on a debate for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions without checking it yourself.
No warranty
Chat Brawlers is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any model will stay available.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may change the service or these terms. We will update the date above, and a material change will also be announced on the site. You can stop using Chat Brawlers at any time, and can ask us to delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
